Jetpack

Visits to pages and articles, which links are clicked, as well as what search terms are used and your country of origin are collected via Jetpack.

When the above mentioned information is gathered, some associated data is also collected, such as: The visitors IP address, browser versions, available languages and what pages referred you to our site.

If you are a WordPress.com user, and are logged in to their services, your username and user-id may also be recorded.

This information is kept for 28 days to generate aggregated statistics, and we as an individual website do not have access to any data that can identify individual users.

Third party tools

Texts

This website displays texts using fonts provided by Google Fonts. When these fonts are loaded there is, to the best of our knowledge, no personal data collected.

Content

We may include external content such as videos, images, texts or other rich embedded media from other sites. Embedded content like this treats the viewer as if they had visited the embedded site directly and it may occur that these sites then add cookies or gather analytical information about the views/visits.

Accountholders

Although we do not currently allow user registrations on the site, we have in the past and may do so in the future.

If you do have an account with us, you may send us an email requesting either an export of any information we have, or the deletion of any such information.

How we protect your information

We facilitate the use of HTTPS connections to our website for all visitors whenever technically possible.

We also audit the extensions used on our site on a regular basis to ensure no unexpected data collection is introduced, and disclose any data collection in our privacy policy to provide transparency for our users.
